My service advisor was Bob Parr on this visit and omg he was so nice and so attentive. He would come and update me about the car and ask if I was all good and I absolutely loved that he did that. He was so sweet. I’ll be choosing him as my service advisor from now on hahahah! He didn’t make me feel like I was forgotten in that waiting area which I appreciate so much.

Great team of people, I just wish when we sat down with numbers they had told me it would be $45 higher a month than what I had agreed to. Also since I’m leasing a vehicle, there was damage noted on the bumper before I agreed to lease it and I’m not sure if it was documented but I don’t want to be held accountable for it.

I would recommend this dealership for its inventory, but not the Sales Manager (Mr. Joel) or Finance Manager (Mr. Lazaro "LAZ" Morales). Unfortunately, my experience with them left me extremely disappointed. During the signing process, they changed the advertised price and misrepresented the monthly installment amount. When I followed up to have these corrected, Mr. Joel distanced himself, claiming he wasn’t part of the decision-making. Mr. LAZ, on the other hand, denied ever agreeing to waive the GAP coverage—something he had previously offered as a condition for completing the sale. After multiple calls and emails, I finally received a simple link to submit a claim—something that could’ve been shared from day one. This was when I requested to have the additional charges I was not advice on, removed and LAZ in retaliation waited 2wks to provide after I reach out for his manager/director's contact info. The lack of transparency and accountability made the entire process feel like a game, and I left the experience feeling misled and frustrated.
