I had excellent experience at Orchard overall. Victoria was great to work with, really helped move the whole process quickly with purchasing our new 2020 pacifica hybrid, and the trade in as well. I also got to meet Nick the manager, who was also great to work with as well. I brought my car there to change 4 tires plus a state inspection. The staff I encountered were very nice but it took them 5 hours to finish! That seem a long wait for trained mechanics to change all four tires with balancing and alignment. It’s either they’re understaffed or they overbooked schedules on that day.

They do their best to keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. Very personable service.
