Cliff Stern was the salesman that helped me buy a new Honda CRV Hybrid. He was excellent. He was very thorough explaining all the features and everything I wanted to know about the SUV. He was patient with me and very professional. I would recommend Cliff Stern to anyone looking for a Honda. He was great!
As much as I don't like purchasing vehicles, this dealership has been the least challenging though still not a fan of the trying to keep on selling additional coverage and items.
2 problems with sev appt: car not reset when finished, discount not applied. Time it took was ok.
Nice service and attention to the customer, everything was done as explained and the service was done before the time I was told it would be done!
Everyone was so friendly and transparent about the process. We were treated with respect and walked away with the exact car we needed and wanted.
