I dropped my car off to be serviced and was immediately greeted by Jonathan. He explain everything that was going to be done for my vehicle and was very friendly. All service was completed within a reasonable time frame. When I arrived my car was washed and cleaned. Jonathan politely escorted me to my car and opened the door for me. I have always had a good experience with Cutter Mazda Waipahu service department. But today I can truly say I was treated with exceptional service.
