Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending. In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.
Gary is so friendly and saved me $1500 on my new car. They also offered $1500 more for my trade in. That's $3000 that stays in my pocket. Go here and talk to Gary.
I went to Sesi Mazda recently to help my mom search for a new car. She was gunshy about car dealerships as most of us are. Sesi proved us wrong. They were welcoming from the moment we walked in and took the time to show us all the options. They were extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for a better experience for myself or my mother. Not only did they sell her a car, but they have earned my future business as well.
worse dealer ships for servicing your car, they can't do it from the first time and you have to waste you time over and over. Simply go some were else and save your time and effort.
Today I tried to get a quote on a door latch repair. The service desk rep quoted $490.00 to replace the door latches saying, that even this may not fix the problem. He never referred me to "real" mechanic who would really know how to repair it. All I got was his best guess. My original request was for the cost of the parts, which he refused to give unless I brought the car in. When I told him it was outside, he refused to come out and look at it. I'll never go back to this place.
Took my car there 3 weeks ago and asked them to check the brakes. They claimed that they checked the brakes and they were fine, and they charged me for alot of other incidentals---I picked up the car and complained, the manager called to see if I was satisfied, I told him that I was not. Although I complained I received no help whatsoever from the manager. The manager in fact tried to convince me that they thoroughly checked the brakes. Two weeks later I took my car to another dealer for a diiferent service issue. This dealership told me I needed brakes. Thanks to Sesi, I drove around for two weeks thinking I did not need brakes. And they charged me for the inspection. Not only are they inept, they could care less about safety. I am now convinced that they did not do anything they charged me for. Now I have to pay all over again. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
