What Others Say

I recently had to purchase a new vehicle after my car was totaled in an accident. When I came in to see Ben Aaron, I was still recovering from minor injuries — a cracked rib and a cast on my arm — and honestly wasn’t feeling my best. Ben was incredibly patient as I test-drove a vehicle and understanding when I mentioned that my son-in-law wanted to come in the next day to discuss things before I made a decision. Ben took the time to explain Subaru’s safety features and reliability, which really sold us. He worked closely with me and my family to ensure I drove away in a safe, affordable, and dependable Subaru Outback. I highly recommend this dealership — and especially Ben Aaron — if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle.

Two weeks ago my husband and I went to this dealership to test drive a Palisade. We waited 10mins and not a single person spoke to us. That should have been my first clue not to return, yet we did on Thursday. What a terrible experience. When the salesman came back to us with their numbers, there was an $899 dealer prep fee, $145 govt fee, and a $299 security fee. When asked what all of these fees were, the salesman seemed to have no clue. Once I started to ask questions and advised them were weren't paying these fees, all "niceness" stopped. They were glad to see us leave. Do not buy from them! Never again will I go here!

This dealership is a joke. Purchased a new 2023 Kona and took it to Gurley Leep for the first service visit that is covered by the manufacturer. Multi-point inspection, tire rotation and oil change. You wouldn't think they could screw it up but they did. Gurley Leep did not perform the inspection or the tire rotation. Worse yet, when we checked the oil they put two quarts too much in and it had to be drained off to not ruin a brand new vehicle. I called and stopped back to get the service corrected and each time got a run around telling me they would fix it and would be in touch. They never called back. These clowns even said to me on one call "what do you care, you didn't pay for the service" when I brought it to their attention, and one service girl laughed and said "we do this all the time to our customers." I had to take the vehicle to another dealer to have the service performed correctly. Beware of this group. The bad ratings are legitimate.

I had a terrible experience with this service department, the advisor talked to me like I didn't know anything and was very vague about what they actually did when "diagnosing" our vehicle. When I received the final invoice there was no description of said testing that was performed even though I had asked for this to be listed. I will not return.

Excellent service and speedy service. Staff very knowledgable and kind. Their quote was fair and they were very prompt with getting me my car back. Highly recommend

Kirk Gregory was very friendly and professional in the way he handled our purchasing of a new vehicle. It was a pleasure working with him.
