Very Very disappointed in this dealership, and the way they sell cars at a high price but does not disclose that they have been wrecked etc, I had bought a 2021 white xc90 and couldn't get a title for it/tag had temp tag from Dec 23 to march 2024 and then when i started calling where the car originally came from Rhode island they advised me that it had been in a wreck, well Volvo of Louisville didn't disclose this as they said it was a CPO car. i then found out it had been wrecked in the passenger side rear/door and bumper and fender was repaired. ( the overspray on the trim around the back window gave it away. i took it back to dealer spoke with the Anthony George he said only way i could get out of car is to buy another one, as being what it was i didn't want to pay 54,000 for a wrecked car I took a kia Sorento they had, well long story short, the bank wouldn't finance the kia due to it being over priced at 125% LTV. so contract was null and voided due to no financing. i then took that car back and gave them the keys. thus they did manage to keep my money for the extended Warranties ( over 7K) their title dept/warranty dept will not return any phone calls to discuss the refund of my warranties., and 2.5K down payment along with stuck me paying for tags ( 472.00 dollars 2024 ) because they couldnt supply me the tag as of march of 2024 , car was returned and they finally filed the paperwork in may 2024 with county clerk transferring it to my name when i no longer owned the car as of first part of march and they had resold the car without a title again to the new buyers. when i tried calling them, was advised by Josh the salesman they didn't want me calling them that is done and over with quit calling. this is very sad place and their MOTTO is " you will get a different kind of buying experience " VERY TRUE, I just feel sorry for the person that purchased the car and is just now getting the tag,,, and i am sure they didnt know car was wrecked either when buying it. i thought long and hard about giving this review but i feel that if the dealership wants to stick it to me for the tag/title cost then i may as well share the whole buying experience for future buyers to check out before making same mistake i did. ( Check your vin and where the cars originally come from) the salesman advised me that this car was a local trade in far from the truth ( Louisville Ky to Rhode Island)
We purchased our Volvo from out of state, and Christian was wonderful to work with! He made it seem like I was actually there in person-provided photos and videos, answered any question I had, and gave updates before I even asked for them! He was so dedicated to making sure I was comfortable with everything, and has followed up even after the delivery of my car. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience EXCEPT I DO NOT FEEL ITS FAIR TO CHARGE A DOCK FEE FOR USED CARS! Just saying. . . As a widow who has negotiated for over twenty luxury family cars and has proven to be good at it, I was sorely disappointed there was no “wiggle room”! I LOVED THE STAFF I DEALT WITH - FOUND THEN WELL-EDUCATED AND FUN!! I know the dealership should be pleased and I am enjoy my first Volvo!
Josh was a great salesman. Patient, never pushy, responsive and professional. My car purchasing experience exceeded my expectations.
Poor communication, unprofessional and lack of accountability between GM Anthony George and his team. Beyond frustrated
Erin was great! I did on line research prior and discussed budget prior to going to dealership to test drive two cars. I have been a Volvo customer for years so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I was done start to finish in 2 hours!
