Kevin and Brett at the service center were amazing! They not only help to resolve all my initial fears especially having a 23 ascent which is Subaru‘s newest model which means they still haven’t worked out all the kinks yet. Kevin was able to use existing warranties combined with my warranty so all I had to pay for was the oil change. I ended up getting new front brakes and a brand new exhaust manifold completely covered under warranty, amazing! Brett helped to fix my CarPlay and wouldn’t give up until the issue was resolved. This is why I buy my cars here and this is why I keep coming back because their folks genuinely care about their customers. I drive an hour and a half one way to get to this dealership and it’s completely worth it! Way to go guys, great job! Air hi-five!!!!

I have always brought my Subaru Outback to LaFontaine Subaru for routine service since I bought it - plus my prior Forester. They make sure to address any maintenance that should be done, tire rotations or tire replacement, oil and filter changes, etc. I am not the expert, so I relay on their expertise. Love the staff - Luc is thorough and checks all the boxes, explains things to do now, or next time. I usually wait in their waiting room, which is comfortable. I have no reason to check out another service shop!

I take my Legacy to Lafontaine Subaru for all my service needs. Their staff are terrific, and they always do a great job for me. My only wish is that they offered more amenities for waiting service customers. There's coffee and wifi but little else. If they address that situation, I give them 5 stars.

Everyone here is always so kind, and dare I say funny!? Appointments are easy to come by, and are so easy to make on the website for service. I really appreciate that everyone is so kind when you're waiting for your car to be completed. When waiting, there are refreshments and some snacks available, which is nice! I also love being able to see the inspection video of the car while I'm in the waiting room; that's so cool!! Everyone makes you feel like family when you're here - and you truly do not find that at every dealership. It's quite a drive for me to come here, almost an hour one way - But I am happy to do it, because of the outstanding service I receive, not only this time; but every time!
