Bought a truck yesterday and we did some horse trading where I wanted to keep the tires from my trade in. Got with Shelby Parker in the service department and told her I was on a tight schedule but I really wanted to get the tires changed out and not have to come back. Well, she got me in and out in no time, even thought the service department was doing their lunch schedule she stayed on it ! I really appreciated that, and look forward to working with her in future service appointments ! Thanks again Shelby !!!

Worst Toyota dealership in Alabama. They use high pressure tactics and bully customers. They manipulate financing and make customers feel threatened when customers find outside financing.
