Worst dealership in West Virginia. Terrible management and service department. Pulled my credit without my consent

Absolutely the best people in sales and service. They strive to make sure the customer is pleased. I enjoy looking over inventory and talking to Dennis.

Zach and Dennis were wonderful. I did not like the Cruze that I had and they worked with me and my husband to get me the Trax I wanted and a payment I could afford. We are loyal customers. And would recommend to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have nothing but good things to say for each individual I met at this dealership! They worked with me by coming down off an already down sale price. They worked with my schedule by getting information by phone and courtesy trips to me to help in any way they could. Paperwork was completed in a very timely manner with friendly smiles and conversation. Cold drink was offered upon entering the facility, and there were no awkward silences like you would typically find in a normal dealership setting. This was a very pleasant small town, friendly type atmosphere. Even though I was limited on time, I was never given anything less than the most courteous, mannerly interactions. I was given gasoline and a final full detail to "polish" off the sale. If and when I ever need another vehicle, I WILL go through these guys! And I will refer them to anyone in the market for any vehicle.
