Emily sounded lost and unhelpful. She didn't make an effort to understand or try to resolve the situation despite the solution being simple. She sounded annoyed that I was even talking to her. I ended up getting help immediately from someone else.
This was a great experience he is a good man and helped me out with the whole process will continue to bring others to Branford he is amazing!
