Another day I suffer At the fate of your skilled hands BILL HUDGINS GMC dealership Is a dishonest man My old vehicle was just fine Before I took it to you for work I had no idea you would damage it And lie about it like a jerk I only pray that it will be restored That you would want that too But after I saw your lack of integrity Only God can change someone like you.

BILL HUDGINS GMC damaged my vehicle during a recall for an airbag. Please beware of this dishonest man. If it happened to me it could happen to you. This dealership has so badly compromised my dashcap the installer of the dashcap said they can't replace it because of what BILL HUDGINS did to it. I have absolute proof with video and pics before and after the recall repair. Go somewhere that will be honest and accountable. He doesn't deserve your business.

I got a fair trade in on the first vehicle I purchased from them several years ago. I also got a great deal on a low mileage 2017 Sierra. Easy low pressure buying process. Would recommend trying Bill Hudgins if you are considering a new vehicle. I have been very pleased and will likely buy from them again. I went to four other dealerships last week to make sure I was getting the best deal- I feel like I did with Bill Hudgins GMC.

Went in to see if my 2017 ram could be traded for s GMC 1500 I will never go back to this place.My truck had 2000 miles on it and they called it average trade..What a disappointment.

In late February, I stopped at Bill Hudgins auto sales in Gloucester Va to look at a used 2005 GMC duramax diesel pickup they had displayed on their lot.Went into dealership, was met by Salesman Don Parks, Mr Parks showed me the vehicle, allowed me to test drive the vehicle,all late afternoon just before closing time.Mr Parks was patient, answered all my questions and we set up a time the following morning for me to come down and discuss a deal.Mr Parks allowed me a fair trade in value for my 2002 Silverado pickup and we finalized the deal.As a result of Mr. Parks patience, professionalism and perseverance, 2 weeks later my son purchased a 2006 duramax Chevrolet pickup from him. the following week, my wife of 28 yrs. rode down to Bill Hudgins with my son to have his truck cleaned, and came home in a 2012 Nissan Murano. Needless to say, if our buying experience was not so pleasant, we certainly would not have bought 3 vehicles in a 3 week span. I would recommend Bill Hudgins to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
