4 It would've been excellent, but I was blamed that a USB port had something in it & I didn't know it was in there when I purchased the car with 7700 miles on it. One of your staff members was driving the car before I bought it.
Staff, Ken very knowledgeable and helpful. I love coming to this facility. Always clean and feels safe. Ken always tells me what's going on with my car and he has told me additional things that need to be done. He's always very kind.
Overall great experience and customer service from Colin. I was able to get my car serviced in a timely manner.
I would recommend this Dealership to everyone. The folks that work here, especially Ricky G. are the nicest and most honest (IMO)..If you make an appt , they are always on time. You receive updates as things are being worked on.
