What Others Say

I have had nothing but great and positive experiences with Toyota of North Austin since 2010. I have utilized their dealership and their service department and every staff that I have interacted with has been wonderful, gracious, and extremely helpful!

Great place friendly staff they really listened what I was looking for they took the time to find me the right vehicle

They are friendly and really do try to help you get a vehicle. My salesman got me a newer vehicle than what I was expecting to get and I'm thankful for that and their service.

This is my second time purchasing a car from this location, and once again, Raul Ramirez provided an exceptional experience. He’s always professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!"

Raul who was our seller, is very kind, helpful and professional. I definitely recommend him to other people looking to buy from this dealership. He pays good attention to details, and will help you greatly with your vehicle.

This dealership is always exceptionally busy and they do a good job of handling the volume of customers. My Tundra was in their possession for 4 months waiting on the replacement engine as part of the Toyota recall. That time line was not their problem and they did perform the engine swap well. The problem I have with this repair and service is when I picked up my Tundra there was a large dent on the driver's side rear fender. Notification of the damage should have been made to me prior to picking it up, now after 4 months waiting for the engine replacement I will need to have the body repaired. I left a voicemail with the Tech and have not heard back. This is a big problem for me.
