Romeo was absolutely great! Customer Service was top notch. From the time I asked for information online to coming into the dealership. I even left with a car the same day!
I had the best experience dealing with Rocco Romeo while searching for a new Ford F-150 pickup. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I test drove and has made the purchase of this vehicle a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend asking for Rocco when shopping for a vehicle at Romeo.
I bought my 2022 F250 in for the Bed Camera not working intermittently. I met with Mike (Service Manager) My fault I was going to leave it there for the day. I then decided I would wait for them to diagnose the problem. I put Mike in a tight spot to do this. Mike is a very big advocate for Customer Service and had to take care of people ahead of me. Hey strategically worked things around to keep everybody happy. Not only did his team diagnose the problem but fixed for me so I didn’t have to go back. Anybody can and do one thing at a time, and he could held me off. He didn’t he did it all !! That’s what I call a manager that solves problems. Now that Outstanding Service !!! Romeo don’t loose this guy! He has the toughest job at the dealership. As we all know 99% of the time we have issues and need service Mike is who deals with this.
2019 ford escape 60,000k miles in for new tranny. Service dept were helpful obtaining a rental for me in a timely manner and went above all expectations. Krissy is service and service manager are awesome.
I’ve had some recall issues on my Maverick which caused me multiple trips to the service shop. It doesn’t matter which service rep waits on you as they’re all always good to work with. Thank you Matt Krissy and Dylan! I’m thankful for them sticking with it and working with the service manager to get it right. I love my Maverick!
I don’t usually write reviews, but I write a review when my experience has been exceptional. Sometimes its exceptionally bad, but other times, like this experience, are exceptionally great. I walk into all dealerships with my guard up ready to be pressured to no end to buy “the car I can not survive without.” I walked into this dealership with the same expectations of high-pressure sales dealers. I walked into this dealership not interested in either car that I was going to request a test drive in. My goal was to see which car I was going to continue searching for elsewhere. I was politely greeted by the sales manager, Ken, and introduced me to our salesperson Mitchell Oakley. Mitchell was very courteous and professional the entire time. I told him that I wanted to test drive two cars and there were no issues with that request. He walked away for a few minutes and I was expecting him to come back and tell me some ‘bait and switch’ story, which was fine since I was not really interested in any of the cars they had in their lot, so pressure for me. Instead, he came back to tell me both cars were ready and asked which I wanted to drive first. After both test drives, I explained that there were other cars that I would be test driving at other dealerships that afternoon. I assume he was a bit disappointed that he had spent all that time with me and I wouldn’t be purchasing one of his cars, even though I was really impressed with an Explorer Platinum. But he continued to be professional and asked if he could show me the out the door price, which surprised me at the deal they gave me. Ken comes over, and I’m thinking, “here we go, bring on the high pressure so I can get out of here and continue my test drives.” The sales manager, Ken asked if I would like to hear how much better the Explorer was than the other cars and how much I needed this car to live my best life ever? I said, nope, heard it all before. He said, “Good, cause I wasn’t going to tell you any of that.” That surprised me quite a bit and began to put me at ease to consider their car. After a bit of conversation, I told him that, if I was allowed to take this car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (about an hour away), that I would seriously consider their vehicle. Ken quickly agreed and commended me for being so thorough for such a big purchase. Ultimately, it was the drive to my mechanic and back that made me fall in love with the car. I decided on the way back to the dealership that I would be purchasing that car. The reason for that, besides loving the car, was because of the no-pressure sales. I didn’t love the color, but because they were so professional, polite, and down to earth, I wanted to spend my hard-earned money at Romeo Ford. Even the financial guy, Dustin Fogleman, where you get offered all the nitrous-filled tires options and extended warranties, didn’t offer nitrous-filled tires! I knew then, that I was dealing with a reputable dealership that really wants to make lifetime customers by being honest and straight forward. I even didn’t realize I had overpaid (I had already made a cashier’s check), but Dustin noticed right away and is sending me a check for the amount I overpaid. Even after the sale, Mitchell has answered all my questions when I text him and has been very helpful. Kudos to Mitchell for still talking to me after I’ve driving away with my new-to-me car! Yes, I would recommend Romeo Ford to anyone interested in not being taken for a ride.
