I called Lincoln of Franklin TN the morning of 8/2. I talked with sales person Alex Renfro and told him what vehicle we were looking at and wanted to buy. We arrived in the afternoon. We were there approximately 2 hours due to other buyers completing their purchase. The Nautilus had been detailed and was ready to go when we arrived. Great work Lincoln of Franklin.
My experience was amazing. I got the exact car I wanted with my dealer's help. Kaleb made sure everything was exact for me. If something wasn't he would make sure it was fixed. I appreciate everything he did for us and staying in contact with me through out the entire process. It made buying the car easy and that is saying a lot. He was extremely outgoing, understanding, very pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from there.
Casey worked my deal remotely (I'm over 2 hours away, but they found the truck I wanted) and delivered to me. Not only were they extremely flexible to get the deal I needed, they included extras on lifetime power train warranty. When I went to license in my state, the check they sent was 'a bit short'. it wasn't a ton of money, so I paid it, and didn't complain. Today, without calling our asking, I received a check for the licenses fees not covered. 95% of dealerships would have pocketed that money. These guys are trustworty, and easy to deal with. I will be calling them for my next Ford.
