I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle from BMW of Westchester. We were supported by Alen Myrthil who provided my family with one of the most exceptional car buying experiences we’ve had in recent memory. He happily worked within our parameters to provide us with a car that exceeded our expectations while staying within our budget. The purchase was followed by a meeting with Said Haider who educated us on post sale options in a uniquely collaborative, low-pressure environment. I can’t say enough about the BMW team and their level of professionalism and customer care. You can go to any BMW dealership and walk away with an Ultimate Driving Machine®; you will have to purchase the automobile at BMW of Westchester to receive the Ultimate Buying Experience.

I had an absolutely infuriating and baffling experience at this dealership while trying to purchase a used 2022 BMW X6. I was ready to buy the vehicle at the listed price, but they flat-out refused to sell it to me solely because I don’t live within their self-imposed tri-state area. Yes, you read that right—despite the car being listed online and me actively inquiring about it, the dealership made it clear that they would not sell me the vehicle just because I live two states over. What’s even more insulting is that they had already lowered the price on the vehicle twice and clearly weren’t able to move it within their local customer base, but they still refused to sell it to me at the listed price. This kind of arbitrary restriction is absolutely unheard of in the car-buying world. I have never encountered such bizarre and unprofessional behavior from a dealership in my life, and I am honestly stunned that this sort of situation even exists. The complete lack of customer service and the total disregard for my time, money, and genuine interest in the car is mind-blowing. To make matters worse, I’ve never come across—or even heard of—any dealership operating in this ridiculously inflexible and discriminatory manner. It’s like they don’t want business unless it’s from a hyper-local buyer. If you’re outside of their little bubble, don’t even waste your time—this dealership is more concerned with creating artificial barriers than actually selling cars. They have no respect for potential customers and clearly don’t care about making any reasonable sales. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you with professionalism and courtesy, look elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke.

I am an out of state customer, I always choose this dealership for a few reasons, most important one being COMMUNICATION. They hit that goal every single time. Carlos Zetina my sales advisor is excellent in many ways. He created a seamless personalized experience, provided excellent communication while building trust which further amplified my loyalty to the dealership. Carlos is extremely organized and he put my needs first and I can't thank him enough for all of his work. Carlos, Thank you again and I will be back.

Thanks to Sean Burton and John Warren for another excellent service experience. Sean is friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent service advisor. He let me know all service options available, and kept me informed throughout the eight-day service period. John has worked on my 2014 435i for many years (since 4/17/2018) and has consistently performed outstanding work. Repairs needed are identified and expertly performed. My vehicle required many repairs during this service, some of which were probably quite challenging on a vehicle this age (the A/C condenser, radiator, front strut and rear shock absorber replacements). These are the reasons I travel 200 mi. from Boston to BMW of Westchester for service. The repair bill was quite expensive. I hope the investment will keep my 2014 435i on the road for many more years to come.

This dealer has a policy to not sell used vehicles to out of state residents! Reason given - "to keep our cars in the local community". ?? They are losing my business. They also do not take trades that are not BMW. I live in DC metro area and have never experienced these "unusual" business practices.
