I contacted all dealers within 200 miles of my home who sell vehicles I was interested in buying to see which would give me the best deal. Toyota of Louisville had the best price and offered an excellent shopping experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The experience was well worth the trip of over a hundred miles.
Tim was great. Very personable and knowledgeable about vehicles I was interested in and no hard-sell tactics. All the personnel I dealt with at the dealership were pleasant, but somebody made an apparently inadvertent error with the paperwork by failing to notice that Toyota did not have title to the car when it was sold to me.
I've been a customer for around 20 years and have always been satisfied with Toyota of Louisville.
