James was one of if not the best salespeople I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. He was kind straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. Only problem I had was the financial lady, it was getting closer to closing when we purchased our vehicle and she just wanted us out the door. Felt very rushed and it was a disappointment after our earlier wonderful experience.
