I have purchased several vehicles from Washburn Ford as well as used their service department. Always impressed with this dealership. Fair pricing and great service department. Kirk and his employees are top notch and pleasure to do business with.

I have been buying cars and having them serviced with Washburns in Alva for years. I have always felt I was being treated fairly. They go out of their way to provide great service to their customers! I will continue to be a loyal customer due to the outstanding customer service.

Paid almost $400 for a set of keys. The keys start the vehicle but do not work to unlock/lock or open the automatice lift gate. Tried very respectfully and peacefully to resolve the issue with the owner, Kirk Washburn, and he was very rude and refused to replace the keys. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. If the owner himself is unwilling to provide quality customer service then something is wrong.
