Andy and Patrick are so nice. They have gone the extra mile in keeping me informed. Still waiting on my car to come back from another dealership. Long story. Good vibes so far.
Pick up and drop off is very convenient. The oil change itself was fine. But the prices for recommended services are outrageous. $122.99 to replace the cabin air filter. $82.99 to replace the engine air filter. I replaced both at home in 20 minutes. The Motocraft parts cost $44 total. For a job that took an amateur 20 minutes, Suntrup wanted to charge $162 in labor and shop fees.
Andy was great, very professional and kept me informed about what was going on with my repair. He even had my vehicle cleaned while it was there. Thanks again Andy!
