I was extremely pleased with my service...I was notified about what needed to be done and the time involved..everyone was very helpful especially the service writer and the parts Mgr ... will definitely come back again!
I recently purchased a new Mazda and had a great experience overall! Franco was fantastic to work with — very friendly, knowledgeable, and refreshingly low-pressure. He made the whole process smooth and transparent, and I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit rather than just making a sale. The only small downside was when the manager came in toward the end to revisit extended warranties and was a very persistent even after I declined. That said, he was still very nice and clearly passionate about the value and protection those warranties can offer. It was easy to see he truly believes in what he’s selling, which I can appreciate. Overall, I’m thrilled with my new car and would absolutely recommend this dealership — especially working with Franco if you want a straightforward, honest, and comfortable car-buying experience!
