What Others Say

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Dealership I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership and strongly caution anyone against doing business here. After waiting three months for a vehicle they ordered for me, the dealership owner tried to rip me off on my trade-in and overprice the new vehicle by $5,000 above market value. Despite knowing the true worth of my trade-in, they grossly undervalued it, assuming I wouldn’t notice. When I challenged these unfair practices, I was met with a threatening attitude, with the owner warning me that I’d regret leaving a bad review. The atmosphere was incredibly unprofessional—no one acknowledged me when I arrived, and the staff appeared miserable and unmotivated. After purchasing 16 vehicles from this dealership over the years, I’ve never encountered such blatant disrespect and shady business tactics. Thankfully, I went to a different dealership, where I experienced a world of difference. They used a high-tech AI system to appraise my truck, giving me an accurate valuation and offering $4,000 more than this dealership. I ended up trading in my vehicle and purchasing a certified, warrantied truck for a fair price—avoiding what would have been a $9,000 loss between the lowball trade-in and the overpriced new vehicle. To make matters worse, my boyfriend also had a terrible experience with this dealership. He ordered a custom van for his business, only to face a bait-and-switch tactic. The dealership demanded $7,000 above MSRP at the time of delivery. Because he urgently needed the van for his job, he had no choice but to pay the inflated price. He told me afterward to never do business with them again. If you value fair pricing, professional service, and integrity, avoid this dealership at all costs. I will never return and cannot recommend them to anyone. You should check their recent reviews to get an accurate idea of their services. Many former customers, including myself, have had awful experiences with everyone at this dealership. If you sort by negative reviews, you’ll notice a clear pattern of dissatisfaction over the past several years, especially this year. Loyal customers who have supported this dealership for decades are sharing similar frustrations. Instead of addressing problems, they always seem to come up with excuses.

My family has bought 8 cars from this dealership. They had a Hyundai Palisade for sale. I went to the website and asked if the vehicle was still available. Two different people texted back. I said that my family deals with a man named Coke. The next day Coke called and said the car was sold. He told me they had plenty of Chevy Traverses on the lot. I told him that the Chevy Traverse has a lot going on under the engine. To fix certain things you need to have the engine lifted out at a fee of 2K. That doesn't include the work needed. How do I know this? We have 3 of them. And all 3 required the same thing to repair. I've spent 13k on lifting engines in and out of the 3 cars over the course of 15 months. So the last thing I want is another one. But at no time did Coke recommend anything else. I'm in sales and my family has a history there and am confused why nothing else was recommended. I know they have other dealerships. Why couldn't he of done a stock check with other dealerships?

The dealership was great. They handled the paperwork very quickly. The salesman, Randy McAfee was terrific, he answered all of my questions and made sure the entire process was quick and easy. Thanks!!!

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP, worst ever experience with supposedly fixing a Chevy Trax, have to come back 2 mos after picking car up. Completely dissatisfied with how they "repair", because they really don't seem to fix correctly or completely, and they just really do not care. This is a horrible, dishonest dealership, do yourself a favor and stay far, far, far away!!!

One of the best service departments around. Everyone is super professional and kind. They always go above and beyond.

I’m not sure what’s the persons name in-service most of them are new. They are very rude and disrespectful.
