Major is hands down the kindest salesman to work with. He takes time to get to know you as the customer, instead of a quick sale to get the stats looking pretty. He looks to provide excellent care of not only you, but your trade in, and your new vehicle. I walked into this dealership after a hard time dealing with Elgin Hyundai, and instead of feeling rushed, time was taken to hear about what I was looking for, what features & trim of vehicle I was interested in, and never once pushed the sale. Thank you Major! 🙌🏼
My family has bought 8 cars from this dealership. They had a Hyundai Palisade for sale. I went to the website and asked if the vehicle was still available. Two different people texted back. I said that my family deals with a man named Coke. The next day Coke called and said the car was sold. He told me they had plenty of Chevy Traverses on the lot. I told him that the Chevy Traverse has a lot going on under the engine. To fix certain things you need to have the engine lifted out at a fee of 2K. That doesn't include the work needed. How do I know this? We have 3 of them. And all 3 required the same thing to repair. I've spent 13k on lifting engines in and out of the 3 cars over the course of 15 months. So the last thing I want is another one. But at no time did Coke recommend anything else. I'm in sales and my family has a history there and am confused why nothing else was recommended. I know they have other dealerships. Why couldn't he of done a stock check with other dealerships?
The dealership was great. They handled the paperwork very quickly. The salesman, Randy McAfee was terrific, he answered all of my questions and made sure the entire process was quick and easy. Thanks!!!
One of the best service departments around. Everyone is super professional and kind. They always go above and beyond.
I would like to start out that I didn't end up purchasing the truck from Bigger's Chevrolet. However, I was impressed by how laid back they were and didn't pressure me into a deal. The salesman showed me the inspection and was willing to pull the truck into the shop to figure out what part of the tail gate failed the inspection (even if it was a small ding). Only reason I didn't purchase from them is I found a good fit somewhere else for my particular needs and I ended up purchasing from my cousin.
This is the second vehicle I have bought from Coke Lafollette, both times were excellent. Coke is very professional and helpful, thank you very much Coke
