Great Experience: 8/2/23 - Drove 22 miles from Cornelius, NC to get price without significant Dealer markups and un-needed packages. Purchased 2023 Trailblazer for my young daughter from salesman Brad. He was professional, very knowledgeable of vehicle and responsive to both me & daughter. Immediately available at scheduled appointment times. Listened to what we wanted and had car available for ready access. Reviewed standard and trim level features and answered our questions with clear knowledgable and accurate responses. Presented some options but no pressure whatsoever to up-sale or add options. He and Finance guy were very accommodating to our unique payment and finance needs and at a great rate. Based upon our needs, Brad even came in the next day (on his day off) to ensure everything finalized rapidly and without issues. Additionally, he sent followup text 1 day following to ensure daughter satisfied and happy with her new car. Would highly recommend buying from this Dealership and Brad.

Disappointed at the service department. We drove our truck in for a squealing noise in the rear of the engine. We thought the noise may have been related to the transmission that was just replaced a few months prior. We were notified by The service department that we needed to purchase a rebuild for $7100 or a new engine for $10000. They said the motor was blown up. We drove it to the dealership, no smoking, no overheating, nothing but the noise. I picked it up and drove it to a small shop and they diagnosed the noise as being bad lifters. I had it fixed for $2100 and the truck runs perfect. Now we are really wondering if we needed the transmission that they said we needed. Shady service writer, technicians and service manager that lets this deception continue.
