Jose was very efficent in getting us information on the diagnosis, ordering the parts & getting the parts installed. Also providing a service to shuttle my husband home when leaving the car, & picking him up when the car was finished. I work in Sausalito & was unable drive him back & forth. 5 stars for that service! :)

I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the technician over inflated the rear tires on my truck. The rear tires are to be inflated to 70psi cold. They were inflated to 80psi! I have since corrected the problem.

I enjoyed the experience of the service department at Platinum Chevrolet, Santa Rosa, California, and would consider going back there again.
