It was my first time visiting and I felt very welcomed, not pressured and I DROVE away with my new to me Porsche.
My 2024 Cayenne was recently in for service. This dealership is my eighth since I bought my first Porsche (944) in 1983. My experience there was the best by far; Kevin and Jackie were most professional and helpful, resulting in an exceptional experience.
The recent service on my 2014 Cayenne was exceptional and by far my best experience with a Porsche dealer (my eighth) since 1983 when I bought a new 944.and later a new 1987 928S4. Dealing with Kevin and Jackie was a truly special experience. Kudos!
The Service team at Porsche Warwick seems really great so far. It is my first experience with them. They seem excellent. Kevin the Service Manager is excellent: communicative, friendly, honest, "get it done" mentality. Jacqueline is also very good - friendly, busy, energetic. Joe one of the Technicians that works on Classic Porsches is really great also: Honest, knowledgable, friendly. There's a really great and strange vibe here, especially for a "corporate type" dealer (i.e professional car dealers for high end brands). It's strange in a great way - you never get the feeling you are getting "corporate-speak" or that they are "protecting themselves" or playung defense from perhaps demanding customers. You get the sense that a knowledgable friend that you trust is working on your car - straight shooters, knowledgable, responsive, competent. Maybe this comes from Kevin's leadership or from the type of people they hire or both, but it is really evident and "different" in the best possible way. I don't have my car back yet (for good reason) and they set execttaion up from given its an older Porsche Classic - and I will know more about the experience when done, but so far "5-star" and I expect it will be that way when I get my car back.
Excellent experience. Jaymes was right on time for the appointment. Professional and knowledgeable. Macan was in for 30,000 mile service. Quoted price upfront so there were no surprises. Loaner was new, clean and ready to go. Called with expected pickup time. Have used Porsche Warwick for service since 2018. Pleasure to do business with.
They’re very accommodating and get things done in a reasonable amount of time. And very pleasant to work with.
