Service was pretty good, but unfortunately Ford has a quality problem. While I will hold on to this vehicle longer than I figured, it will be my last Ford.

I enjoyed the comfort and amenities of the new Service Center while I was waiting for the scheduled work on my truck. Chance Guild was excellent as always. Very patient, personable and kept me apprised of the work that was being done. The truck was ready earlier than I expected which was a pleasant surprise.
