I had an issue with my new car. Stephen was concerned and had me revisit the dealership with my new car. My meeting was interrupted by a used car manager named Harley Davidson who was rude and disrespectful to me.

My wife and I both test drove the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Stephen was helpful answering questions we had and followed up with us after our purchase. We did not feel pressure to make a purchase during our time at this dealership.

I appreciated how quickly Rob responded to my questions with honest answers. I felt like he was on my side and helped me keep from getting really frustrated with the delays on the manufacturing end of things. This was a good experience for me, and I will recommend Rob to anyone who asks me about my Bronco.
