Oil change was simple for the customer. Simply told them who I was and handed them the keys. I sat in the waiting room and even received 2 videos showing me that everything was ok.
Since I bought my Telluride from this dealer I have been treated with curtesy and a willingness to serve me and my vehicle. The service person,Katie, has been most helpful in solving my issues. I would rate her a#10 on every level, and I will continue to deal with her on any issue with my Telluride!
The Kia of Waukesha Service Department makes it easy to schedule appointments. They have a waiting area but I usually drop off my vehicle. If anything else may be needed on the vehicle, they call and discuss it with you. A car wash is included.

Friendly customer service, clear explanation of costs, fast service, easy to make the service appointment.
Took car in for first service over a holiday weekend. It took slightly longer than I would have hoped but it was over holiday weekend. It was done correctly and no issues. Will return for service.
