The staff is unfailingly supportive and informative, and the technicians do great work. They have never tried to push me to do work that isn't needed just to increase their fees, which I appreciate. I also appreciate that they keep the history of work done in their database so I don't have to bring my repair records with me.
Betty was so amazing from start to finish. She was thorough, transparent, friendly and kept me informed on everything that was being done to my car. The other staff are always friendly and welcoming as well.
