Cole was wonderful. He listened to what I needed, suggested other services, but did not pressure me to accept them. Just the right kind of person for the service department. The work was done in a timely fashion, which was great, as I was waiting in the waiting area. Very nice having coffee and bagels while waiting.

Everything about the car shopping and buying experience at Honda of Freehold wa superb, with one exception. After agreeing on the deal with the GM (handshake and all) I sat down with the business (finance) manager to finish up the paperwork. He tried to pull a fast one by trying to "hide" the MV fees, telling me that my up-front payment was "just the first month lease payment and MV fees". Thought he could fool me - the MV fees for an EV in NJ is over $1k. When I said I agreed on all fees and taxes rolled into the deal, he tried to convince me that all, EXCEPT MV. There was no EXCEPT in the deal that I shook on with the GM. I was ready to either talk to the GM or walk. He changed his tune really quickly.. Watch out for this guy!!! All others are top notch and straight up.

The staff and team was super helpful and made the process extremely painless and easy with selecting and getting a new car
