Zain was very helpful and advocated for a simple and straight forward transaction. We went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at every step and I appreciate it very much.

My much loved Audi Q5 (purchased elsewhere) decided the feelings weren’t mutual in a very abrupt, inconvenient and expensive way. Zain (sales) tolerated me for an entire week, including multiple visits to the dealership based on my hectic schedule. Both he and London (F&I) listened to what my car “life plan” had been and balanced it with their expertise to find the best resolution moving forward - for me. I can’t highlight that point enough. Long story short: I came in with a fun, fast Audi and left with a used Hyundai Elantra… and I was smiling.

We were referred by a friend to come get our Audi and Jose and Zain and Rehmon and the team were excellent, easy to work with and very trustworthy. made the process super easy and very happy with the purchase. Zain was very helpful even after the purchase. McGrath Audi is not far from the north shore. i recommend coming here and seeing Zain for your next car.

Overall, I do recommend this dealership, and I love my SUV. But I did have some ups and downs before and after my purchase. I really wish my sales rep, Zane, had taken more time to give me a proper “how-to” and walk me through the features of my car. The process felt more focused on the test drive and whether I liked how it drove, rather than helping me understand what all the buttons and features do. I’ve had to rely on TikTok to figure out certain things, but it would have been nice to go over them in person. I also live far away and made the trip 3–4 days in a row, so it would have meant a lot to make the most of the time I was there. When I picked up the car, I was simply handed my keys and Zane walked away—no photo, no final walk-around, no RED BOW :/. The car had some sticky residue that needed to be cleaned, so he took it back briefly, but after that, I didn’t see him again. I still have a lot of questions about my SUV, but with the distance, it’s not easy to come back. For example, why is there no spare tire? Overall, I’m happy with my purchase, but I truly wish the delivery experience and feature explanation had been more thorough.

Wow! I went to Morton Grove Audi today, and had the best experience. Zain worked with me every step of the way, and Josh “London” took care of my finances to make sure I left feeling safe and secure. They were both kind, helpful, and genuinely great guys. They both took so much time to get to know me and my needs. They answered every question I had, and made sure I left a happy customer! Best day ever!
