I had a problem with my door lock. Cindy went above and beyond for me to have the problem taken care of. She is AWESOME!
Do not ever buya used vehicle from this dealer. I bought an 06 Colorado in March 2011 and later found out the rotars were warped, it was out of alignment and multiple leaks were causing mold smell. Herndon did pay for half the repairs but that should have been fixed before sale. Last week I found out that I have a leaking head gasket. 1500.00 to 3000.00 dollar job. I traded for a toyota with 100000 mile warranty this week. Ill never buy american again.
I was visiting family in Virginia, and my wife and I came from Louisiana. My wife complainded about a brakie issue so we needed service for my Buick. The folks at Herndon Chevrolet showed me the nature of the repairs, gave an accurate estimate, and completed the service quickly.
