We just went to Mlady to car shop. We ended up leaving with a car. We told them what we were looking for and the price range we wanted. We ended up with exactly what we wanted. Anthony was absolutely amazing! He's very knowledgeable. He is super nice and Mlady is lucky to have him.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our most recent trip to Jim M’Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake. Went in to check out a possible upgrade, and we left there with the exact deal and car we wanted. The best part of the whole experience was the people. Anthony was great at meeting the needs we were looking for. He was great to work with and didn’t have the ‘salesman vibe’ that most salesman’s at dealerships have. Very down-to-earth, genuine human. So I appreciate that. Also didn’t see any weird add-on charges at the end to where they needed an audit to get our money back like the last couple times we used Kunes! So appreciate that as well! Definitely will be using them in the future angain and appreciate that they even are letting me bring my Tahoe in for services at prices my husband was getting for his new car!
