I am very impressed with how responsive this dealership was to my initial query and follow-up questions. They have a good system for tracking customer contact so that someone can always step in to help in a timely way. Don is an excellent sales consultant - always generous with help (and very knowledgeable) but also able to give the customer space to make a decision.

Ever since Safford Brown bought the dealership and started charging a customer retention fee, I have hesitated to bring my car back for service. This was different in that I wanted their expertise to locate and fix the problem. That being said, I will not buy another car from any Safford Brown dealership in the future.
Not sure why they didn't tell me about the battery reset thing when I went in the other day to say that the fobs didn't work.
Much better appointment access. I was even offered an earlier appointment. Provided updated information/status of service/repairs. Two issues, requested unscented cabin air filter, but still has odor. Requested new wipers in online scheduling that was missed at the appointment. I appreciate the location and staff I nice.
