Brittney greeted me upon arrival, immediately sent out a text to establish a means of communication, and I did actually text this regarding a question I had. Brittney then came out and talked to me in person and kept me updated on the time frame and overall status. She handled an additional request of mine in addition to the service I was there for. She provided exceptional customer service.
