Service was great, but the amount of wait time on hold in order to call the service department is crazy.. One could almost drive there in the amount of time it takes to get connected. Lastly, I was given a free oil change FOR LIFE when I purchased my vehicle several years ago. This was a factor in purchasing from your dealership. I was informed that the program would be ending at the end of the year. Not sure the vehicle wasn’t expected to last this long, but it’s VERY disappointing (to say the least) to have a premier dealership walk back a sales promise. when it is no longer profitable or convenient. It makes me wonder what other promises might not be kept in the future. Customers should be grandfathered in and promises kept if you want customer loyalty and to be considered five star.
