Easy to make appointment online. Warming welcome and gave detail about the service what was needed. Good communication and listening to my concerns. Good big waiting room with coffee and some snack. The whole shop is well organized and clean.
I give the service department the highest rating for all the rating categories listed below. I highly recommend this Subaru service center!
Honored my warranty, fast service, called to check on more work needed, good driver services.
The faulty Infotainment system was replaced under warranty. Both drop-off and pickup were a breeze and the loaner car was great.
Very good express service. Advisor was very helpful and informative. Through job explaining the service work and inspection. Unfortunately I did not catch the advisor’s name as the service center was experiencing computer and WiFi problems.
Prompt service; express service was on time; comfortable waiting area; my usual service rep not on duty (Peggy) but Jay was thorough and helpful; was able to set appt via phone but had to make numerous call attempts as I was put on hold too long and hung up; when I did reach service rep on phone at time of setting appt, my wait was less that a minute and I got express service appt within the timeframe I specified.
