What Others Say

Took our 2020 infinit for a multi inspection was told it needed front and back breaks and rotors oil change cabin filter and windshield wipers. Was quoted a price of $1496.00 and that with them giving me a discount using our offer from Orange crest Infinit. We picked our car up the next day and on our way home notice Squeaking We left message over the phone and also left Jill iin service a email. 1 week goes by and we contact Jill cause she never contacted us back. the first thing she says is you never did the back breaks! Like WHAT THE! Anyways I spoke to James and he said he will look into it. Long story short he said I can talk with Matt who told me I got what I paid for that JUST front breaks and rotors were over $1200 alone!!! So $1496 with a discount for front breaks rotors oil change cabin filter and windshield wiper. I was ripped off I was told $1496 for front and back rotors all the way around wipers oil change and cabin filter!!! I feel they put innocent looking Jill upfront to take advantage of old and disabled people. Sad cause I’m sure I’m not the only disabled person she or Matt in service has gotten over on!

Had a great experience buying a new vehicle from this dealership. Honest, fair, very professional. David and Thomas were easy to work with, personable young men with the customer in mind. Smart and they know their business. Look forward to working with them in the years to come!

Disappointed in the quoted cost for an indicator light, over $1,500. Had one other worn item that needed replacing. They said they would order the parts but still no word that parts are in to get the work done.

Jill went above and beyond.to immediately have repaired a minor issue with my car. Infinity of Palm Springs should be delighted. she's part of their team. Bob S

Very pleased with the service. We've serviced our Infinity G37 exclusively here since it was new 12 years ago. We have never stayed exclusively with dealer service that long with any of our other cars and generally go to an independent shop after a new car is out of warranty. Good service at a reasonable price and good staff keep us coming back to PS Infiniti.

I'm finding it hard to believe that at least half of these reviews aren't friends of Jill. Some of the wording on these reviews is very peculiar. I'll keep it short, and spare everybody all the technical car jargon. Be extremely careful w/ this place, and Jill specifically. Don't let her jovial demeanor and care bear appearance fool you (likely why she was put up front to begin with). She has a big manipulative streak and will try to charge you 7 thousand in repairs and labor without batting an eye. All dealerships will try to squeeze money from you and charge you for extra things.. we all know this.. it is what it is. This place takes it to another shameless level. I can't count how many contradictions or outright lies we were told while Jill tried to sell us on a 7 thousand dollar labor charge. Confront her, and she'll quickly pass the blame along to the technicians/people in the back, play dumb, act coy, or contradict herself as many times as needed to blur easy to disprove lies. It is likely at least some of the people in the back are privy to these scams - but in the interest of fairness, and since I can't point them out specifically, I can't comment as I wouldn't want to blame someone that didn't do anything wrong or is an honest worker. I am going to be following up with this with corporate, Infiniti, Nissan, or whatever proper channels are in place to address and limit snaky and dishonest people.
