This was my first time at this dealership. I had never thought of buying a Mercedes before. On an impulse, I pulled into the dealership with my wife and asked Rob if we could check out one of the cars for comfort. My wife is disabled and hated the ride of the Kia Sorento that I purchased a couple of years prior, without her being with me at the time. Rob wasn't pushy and even held my dog during the test drive of a GLE 350. My wife was very happy with the ride. I have to say that I was, too, and all the features that come with the GLE 350 are very impressive. I came back the next day and completed the purchase. Rob was very helpful and made the transaction easy.
