I've leased a number of cars from Palm Springs BMW, always through Brad Williams. I ordered a 2025 BMW I5 eDrive40 in November, 2024. It arrived last week and I picked it up Friday. All of the documentation was ready upon arrival and took only a few minutes to complete. The resident BMW Genius spent a generous amount of time explaining all of the technology and answering questions. The entire experience, from ordering, tracking and receiving the car was excellent. Brad kept me informed all along the way. I'm very happy with the I5 and tge sales experience. One unrelated to BMW issue is Electrify America. We were unable to link the account at BMW and I was unable to open a new account on my own. Electrify America was problematic with an earlier EV and remains so today. Fortunately, I installed a level 2 charger at home while we get the account with EA resolved.
Scott was polite, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The entire process was surprisingly easy.
