Our Salesman, Derrick, was great to help us pick out our 4Runner. We were disappointed he wasn't able to help us with getting running boards installed and the vehicle only had 1 FOB. I deducted 1 star because of the hassle it was to finally get our title. We were told it could take 5-6 weeks. The day before 7 weeks later we started trying to get our title so we can get our plates and registration. It's sad we finally had to contact the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles to help us get our title on its way. We thank Luna and any others who were finally able to get it on it's way to us.
