Isiah and Adrian were courteous and knowledgeable and extremely helpful with recent service to my beloved 2008 Tacoma I bought used from this dealership.
They were helpful in assisting us in selecting a new car. We were able to buy a car on line at our convenience.
Great service. Reasonable pricing. I was originally quoted less than the actual price. I sounds like everyone scheduling appointments needs to be trained in how to provide accurate quotes. Roger gave me a discount to help make up the difference.
Jerry Anaya had me in and out of there in under an hour. I was very impressed with the service!
Daniel was very pleasant kept me abrest of the repairs. Nice ride with Fransisco Home after my visit.
Was told my battery needed to be ordered. Called someone for ride. A worker went to my car told him I was leaving my car he rudely told me he had gone to main shop to get the battery, told him I was told it needed to be ordered. Went to speak to the person that misinformed me, he spoke with coworker told me to cancel my ride my car would be ready in 5 minutes. The rude worker put battery would not start came and told me it was not the battery it was something else. Ask if he put clutch all the way down he tried again and it started. They totally stressed me . Lack of knowledge and customer service.
