Easiest car buying experience ever! We truly were not planning on purchasing when we walked in, as we went in to finish our homework and decide if the QX60 was in the running still for a purchase we were going to make in the Fall. Darren greeted us and worked with us throughout our time and turned our not today into driving away in a 2025 QX60! There was never any pressure or awkward pushes. We are beyond pleased with our purchase and all the little extra touches and conversations we had with other team members. Darren did a great job in explaining the car and the pricing. We just couldn't say no. Thank you for making what I hate to do more then again (car shop) so easy! We will be sending all our friends and family your way.
Outstanding experience from all staff! Josh Kennedy is very courteous, knowledgeable, hospitable, and thoroughly explained my finance contract; which shows to me that he is honest. Even the manager takes a personal interest in the customers. When you walk through the doors, you are greeted kindly by the receptionist and it begins there. Outstanding, caring customer service. I would recommend my friends, family, and everyone to go to Elevated Nissan.
May I just say that EVERYONE I have encountered at Infiniti of KC is amazing. I have always been exceptionally pleased with the genuine care and the knowledge of the service advisors, particularly Brendan. This week I had the pleasure of working with Tim O and John Cuezze for my used car purchase. These guys are amazing, patient, concerned with my satisfaction and, above all, KNOWLEDGEABLE! They made the process smooth and (relatively) painless. 😂
Tim is a wonderful sales associate. He not only stayed past closing time to complete the paperwork on our vehicle purchase but also delivered the SUV to us.! We appreciated his easy-going manner. Both of the Roberts were also great to work with.
