My experience with this dealership was great. From online sales person to sales manager to the guys in the office, they were friendly and professional and made us feel as if our purchase mattered to them. Even though I live several hours away from them, I will look to them again when I need a vehicle and I can confidently say my experience was a good one from start to finish.

She introduced us to Cj who was our sales rep. We could not have asked for a more wonderful BMW expert! CJ's knowledge of the vehicle he showed us and his explanations about how it was built and worked was truly amazing.! Professional, courteous and down to earth led to an outstanding sales experience. The managers made us a reasonable offer for our trade-in and the negotiations experience for the car we purchased was very good. The dealership is right off the interstate and very easy to get in and out of. All the people who work there were very friendly and engaging. There was a calmness about the dealership and folks who work there were not interested in just getting you in and rushing you out. I will definitely encourage my friends to shop there first for their buying experience.

My wife and I went there to try to find a BMW X3 model. This was first BMW and the sales rep (CJ) couldn't have been more helpful. He spent hours going over all of the options/features of the vehicle. We liked his professional but very personal approach. The dealership is not overly large, but well laid out, modern and clean. We look forward to a long term relationship with the service organization. The business mgr (Parker) was very detailed and took the time to answer all of our questions.
