We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and we have had good experience. We took the vehicles for test drive, and subsequently negotiated price over phone, so that the actual buying transaction was quick and painless. Brad and Carrie (I believe her name is) are great to work with. Service used to be great when Rich Kahle ran the shop, but the new person Windell (?) is arrogant at best, so I have stopped having service done there anymore.

Went in to get check engine light fixed. Was charged $305 only to have same problem in less than 60 miles. Took it back and was told I needed other parts that would cost almost $400 . The 0448 code , I come to find out is a common problem and should not have taken two trips to the shop . Just wanted to sell me both repairs and charge twice as much as it should have been. There was no fussing around on prices, they gave me what I wanted and the monthly payments I’m good with. They detailed my new truck while we were doing paperwork and it was about 2 hours I walked out with a 2018 Nissan Titan XD.
