Extremely pleased with the expertise and polite respectful way that Marc handled arranging service on my car. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and listened to all of my concerns and made sure my vehicle was serviced correctly and finished at the time that I needed to pick it up. This is my first contact with Porsche Buffalo since Andy left and I was wondering if things would be handled differently but Marc handled everything just as well as Andy would have so I am very happy.
