Mini of Ramsey has always been a great service place. I’m on my 3rd mini cooper! I just brought it in for a bunch of maintenance things and worked with Sean - he was fabulous. Very responsive, helpful, smart, and worked with me perfectly on getting things done. Also, when I picked up my car, I unknowingly and mistakenly dropped the key on the ground and sped off. When I reached my destination, I couldn’t turn the car back on bc I didn’t have the key! I called Mini of Ramsey to see if they could help and not only did they find it, they brought it to me!! Could not be my nicer and accommodating!
