BMW did not have a x3 in the show room for viewing even though it has a new body style. It’s winter weather and to cold to view and drive outside.

I worked with Daniel and he did a great job of ensuring I had all the information I needed before deciding to make a long trip to purchase a vehicle from MotorWerks vs another dealer closer by. The car and price were both excellent and I was even able to charge my EV while signing the paperwork which was a nice benefit and saved me from an extra stop. I appreciated how well the vehicle history was communicated beforehand and they did a good job getting me a temporary registration even though I came from out of state. I think the the actual signing process could be improved slightly but that's an extremely minor detail in an otherwise great experience. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience.

Peter was an incredible help. He went out of his way to find me the car I wanted, and even got me a better model. He was very responsive, personable, and very knowledgeable about BMW’s. He even came in to close the deal hours before he was scheduled, just to accommodate my schedule. I’d buy from Peter again anytime.
